Celeste Comm.V. collects and processes personal data from customers for customer management (e.g. customer administration, invoicing, sending newsletters) and with regard to registrations via the contact form for workshops or sessions.
Celeste Comm.V. collects your name, email address, telephone number, address and possibly company number or VAT number. Also, with your permission via the General Terms and Conditions on the website, images and testimonials may be collected and processed. This data enables Celeste Comm.V. to:
Be able to financially and administratively handle the agreement that customers conclude with Celeste Comm.V. in order to:

Security of the personal data
The security consists of storing the personal data in a secure online environment: Your email address, name and first name are stored with your explicit consent in the GDPR equipped email marketing system of Mailchimp.com (privacy policy). Your personal data necessary for invoicing and registration of workshops are stored in the secure environment of https://www.analyz-it.be/privacybeleid
Retention period
The personal data processed for customer management will be kept for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the field of accounting).
