Dorn Method
PSYCH-K® forms the basis of Celeste. Through this method, I remove your underlying stress factors. Afterwards, your body and mind will determine the further guidance. To achieve this, I use, amongst others, the Dorn Method.
Remedying pain in a painless way
The Dorn Method helps you to get your bone length, joints and vertebrae back into their original state by means of a series of exercises. Thus, I can help dissolve your pain and blockages in those areas. The Dorn Method is a virtually painless, soft, low-risk, manual method in natural medicine and complementary care.
Correcting your leg length
The cause of pain in your feet, knees, hips and lower back is usually a difference in leg length and/or tilt of your hip joint and sacrum. With a light pressure of the thumbs I check and correct the tilt and blockages of the vertebrae. We often see doctors correcting a discrepancy in leg length by making the shorter leg artificially longer by means of insoles. The Dorn Method shortens the longer leg in a natural and lasting way.
Addressing crooked vertebrae
The nerve openings between the vertebrae are rather small for some of the vertebrae. If one or more of the vertebrae are crooked, the nerves concerned become jammed. Even the slightest continuous pressure of the crooked vertebrae can irritate the nerve. The Dorn Method creates optimal space, so that the spinal nerves can do their job undisturbed.
Breuss massage
Before or after the Dorn Method, we perform a Breuss massage. This is a soft massage of the spinal column, that will help you to relax you both physically and mentally. The massage stretches the spinal column. For this massage, I use St. John's wort oil, which creates cellular regeneration up to the intervertebral discs.
Dorn Method at home
Usually, three sessions are sufficient to remove your pain permanently. You will get a list of exercises you can do at home to keep your leg length correct. You only need a couple of minutes a day to achieve this.
